Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions employers and workers ask us most. Can’t find yours? Get in touch.

How quickly can you fill a shift?
Most standard shifts are matched within around two hours during operating hours. The more notice you give for planned bookings, the deeper the pool we can select from.
Which sectors do you staff?
We specialise in four sectors: logistics & warehousing, events & entertainment, construction, and delivery services — across Greater London and the surrounding area.
Are workers vetted before they arrive?
Yes. Every worker completes right-to-work and ID verification, plus any role-specific certifications such as CSCS cards, SIA licences or driving entitlements, before we place them.
What happens if a worker doesn’t show up?
We aim to provide same-day replacement cover. Your named account contact is reachable directly, so issues are resolved fast rather than left in a queue.
How does invoicing and pay work for employers?
We handle payroll, holiday pay and statutory admin for the workers. Employers receive a single clear weekly invoice against approved timesheets, with transparent margins and no hidden fees.
How do I register as a worker?
Head to the For Candidates page, fill in your details and upload your right-to-work document and any cards or licences. Once verified, you can start accepting shifts.
How and when do I get paid?
Pay is processed weekly against your verified timesheets, including holiday entitlement accrued under the Working Time Regulations.
Do I have to accept every shift?
No. Registration is free and there’s no obligation to accept any shift — you choose the work that fits your availability.
Which areas of London do you cover?
We staff across Greater London and the surrounding commuter belt. If you’re just outside, get in touch — we can often help or recommend a solution.
